Komukai-Seika
「小向製菓」は青森県三沢市の製菓店である。青森ならではのリンゴを丸々一つ使用したお菓子、アップルクーヘンがお薦め商品である。ここでは、青森の特色を生かした製菓店であることを最大限表現することを努めた。柔らかなイメージを保ちつつ要素を記号的に見せることとした。
リンゴのようで他の記号も見え隠れする。単純化された形は家電製品などの電源マークのようでもあるし、へたの部分と凹みはニコッと笑っている人の鼻と口のようでもある。記号性とイメージ性が同居することでバランスを取り、さらにリンゴという直接的なメタファー（比喩表現）の存在を和らげている。

"Komukai Seika" is bakery in Misawa, Aomori. "Komukai Seika" is recommended for "Appurukuhen" of using an entirely one Aomori apple made. We sought to express that full advantage "Komukai Seika" of featuring Aomori. Decided to symbolically show the elements while maintaining a soft image.
Glimpses of the other symbols are like apples. A simplified form would seem to mark the power and home appliances, and recessed portion of the calyx is also the nose and mouth of people like agrin. Balanced by those living with an emotional expression of a symbolic and a matter of convenience, which relieves the existence of a direct metaphor more apples.
